I spent the entirety of this day teaching young adults (hopefully) new ways to consider photography. Dusted off some PhotoScouting books and we wandered through fields and around a barn, with a host of animal friends as a supporting cast.
I’d consider the day a total success, but I found myself without a voice by the end of the day. This temporary laryngitis would linger for the week and for a moment I started researching silence retreats.
But back to this day, it was a hoot and reminder that teaching is just as much about learning from the students.
